Food is prepared in a cooking environment that has undergone strict disinfection and hygiene management, allowing customers to enjoy meals with peace of mind both when visiting the stores and ordering delivery.
Antibacterial films have been attached to frequently touched areas such as entrance doors, handles, and call bells. VIPS and Season's Table provide hand sanitizers and hygiene gloves at each table. Transparent shields have been installed at the cash registers, and in-store music volume has been reduced by 30%. Recently, in collaboration with the National Health Insurance Service, they launched the "Good Mask Usage (Good Magic)" campaign to promote public safety and quarantine efforts.
