Hanwha Precision Machinery Holds Customer-Customized 'Untact' Webinar
[Asia Economy Reporter Jeong Hyunjin] Hanwha Precision Machinery, an advanced electronic equipment manufacturing company under Hanwha Group, announced on the 9th that it held an event introducing its smart factory solutions and communicating with customers using a two-way video conferencing system called 'webinar.'
The event was held over three weeks starting from the 19th of last month at Hanwha Precision Machinery's Pangyo headquarters studio room. The company's developers conducted the seminar themselves, explaining the smart factory solutions and engaging in real-time Q&A with customers. A representative from Hanwha Precision Machinery stated, "Due to the prolonged COVID-19 situation making direct face-to-face meetings with customers difficult, we conducted a customer-tailored webinar under the theme 'Hanwha Precision Machinery Smart Factory Solution,' the first of its kind in the domestic SMT industry."
