This year, Heungkuk Life Insurance plans to accelerate the spread of a horizontal and free communication culture and improve organizational culture through enhanced non-face-to-face communication. To this end, it has recently launched a 'People & Culture Lab' task force (TF) team and is conducting foundational work for innovative organizational culture improvement.
