On the same day, Na stated on her Facebook, "It seems the prologue to the success of the opposition unification is in sight."
She said, "Candidate Ahn Cheol-soo accepted Candidate Geum Tae-seop’s proposal," adding, "This is welcome news that can somewhat alleviate the public’s anxiety and distrust surrounding the unification." She further added, "I hope the two candidates follow a fair unification process to firmly establish one pillar of the overall opposition unification."

Na, who pledged to do her best as a candidate in the People Power Party primary, emphasized, "The goal is solely victory," and stated, "Only chemical unification, not mechanical unification, is the path to victory."
