Coway Receives 'Family-Friendly Excellent Company' Certification for 4 Consecutive Years
Certified Continuously Since First Selection in 2012, Overseen by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Coway (CEO Lee Hae-sun) announced on the 3rd that it has been selected as a 'Family-Friendly Certified Company' by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family for the fourth consecutive time. The Family-Friendly Certification is a system in which the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family grants certification for three years after screening companies and institutions that exemplary operate family-friendly systems such as support for childbirth and child-rearing to harmoniously balance work and family life. Since Coway first received the certification in 2012, it has been highly evaluated for continuously developing various family-friendly programs and has maintained its certification status through 2023.
Coway implements various welfare systems to harmoniously balance work and family. By activating systems such as child enrollment leave, infertility leave, spouse childbirth leave, and parental leave without gender distinction, it reduces the burden of childbirth and childcare and creates a working environment where healthy families can be formed.
