Lotte Hotel Donates Sponsorship Funds for Maum Ondo 37°C Campaign
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Lotte Hotel announced on the 1st that it donated the funds raised through the 'Heart Temperature 37°C Campaign,' which helps underprivileged children have a warm winter, to the 'Salvation Army Charity Pot.'
Heart Temperature 37°C is a social contribution campaign conducted by Lotte Group and the Salvation Army since 2016. Donors who contribute more than 10,000 KRW to the Salvation Army receive a 'Sharing Scarf Kit' and participate in a volunteer activity by donating scarves they knit themselves.
This campaign, participated in by Lotte Hotel employees, was conducted in a non-face-to-face manner from December 24 last year for about 20 days, where each person received one knitting kit and made a scarf themselves. The donations will be used through the Salvation Army to support heating costs for low-income children, and the completed scarves will be delivered to children in need of warm care.
