The observatory announced on the 28th that, as COVID-19 cases have gradually decreased recently, it will reopen under compliance with quarantine guidelines, limiting the number of visitors and implementing a reservation system.
In particular, the use, reservation, and admission of groups of five or more people will be strictly restricted.
Admission is limited to three times a day, with 60 people per session, and for nighttime programs, the general course and the intensive course are each limited to 15 people.

Lee Min-su, the director of the observatory, said, “As many activities have been restricted recently, citizens have been under significant stress, so we decided to partially resume operations to help relieve this. Although the increase in confirmed cases is easing, we are not yet completely safe, so we will operate while strictly adhering to quarantine rules.”
