HiteJinro, 2021 New Graduate Recruitment for Entry-Level Employees
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Hite Jinro announced on the 20th that it is recruiting "2021 university graduate new employees." It will hire about 50 people across all departments including domestic and overseas sales, marketing, management, research, and production. Although it has conducted occasional recruitment for necessary personnel every year, this is the first new employee open recruitment in three years since 2018.
Hite Jinro plans to strengthen young talent within the organization, inject vitality, and establish new growth drivers. It intends to nurture talents who can flexibly respond to the rapidly changing market trends after the COVID-19 pandemic and lead market revitalization proactively.
Applications will be accepted until the 1st of next month. Only those who pass the document screening will proceed through aptitude tests, first round in-depth interviews with practical staff, second round personality interviews with executives, and medical examinations to select the final successful candidates.
