Customer Response to Wednesday Phone Mission Special 'ARS Time'
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] TMON (CEO Lee Jin-won) announced on the 20th that its phone mission special deal 'ARS Time' has attracted approximately 1.74 million customer participations within one year of operation.
Since January last year, TMON has been offering ARS Time every week, a time-limited phone connection mission that provides a special purchase opportunity cheaper than the lowest online price upon successful connection. On the occasion of the 1st anniversary of ARS Time, an analysis of customer participation results revealed that during the 56 sessions held, a total of 1.74 million calls were made, averaging 8.7 participations per second, demonstrating active customer response.
A TMON official explained, "As online shopping has become part of daily life, quickly obtaining special deal information and successfully completing payment has become the core of smart shopping," adding, "Planning the time-limited mission format reflecting the purchasing behavior of smart shoppers who treat every moment of shopping like a mission is the reason for the rapid response."
The most popular product during the one-year ARS Time was the Nintendo Switch sold on May 20 last year. Through ARS Time, 10 Nintendo Switch units were offered at a limited special price, attracting a total of 562,000 phone connection attempts, with 156 calls per second showing intense interest. The product with the maximum discount was the Winix dehumidifier. A product worth about 200,000 KRW was available at a discount of over 80%, priced at 39,000 KRW (based on Super Save). Approximately 32,000 people applied.

The ARS Time special deal opportunity is available during a one-hour phone mission every Wednesday. Between 2 PM and 3 PM, if customers press 'Call' on the ARS Time page of the mobile app and successfully connect, they are given the chance to purchase limited special deal items on a first-come, first-served basis later.
