NH Nonghyup Life Holds Financial Consumer Protection Commitment Rally
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] NH Nonghyup Life Insurance announced on the 19th that it held the 'Financial Consumer Protection Practice Resolution Meeting,' pledging to establish a sound financial transaction culture centered on customers and consumer-oriented management.
Kim In-tae, CEO of Nonghyup Life Insurance, the Chief Consumer Protection Officer (CCO), and representatives of executives and employees attended the event, read the resolution, and took an oath to practice financial consumer protection. Employees also participated in the event online.
Nonghyup Life Insurance has expanded and operated its consumer protection department since 2021 to listen to customers' voices. It has recently obtained the Consumer-Centered Management (CCM) certification, certified by the Fair Trade Commission and operated by the Korea Consumer Agency, for four consecutive times.
