Class101 Launches 'Wolgan Kiki' to Solve Home Parenting Challenges
Package Comprising Picture Books, Storytelling Videos, Play Kits, Video Classes, and Caregiver Guides
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Online class platform Class101 (CEO Ko Ji-yeon) announced on the 15th that it will launch a monthly curation service for children called 'Monthly Kiki.'
This service is introduced through 'Class101 Kids,' which started at the end of last year to address concerns about 'home-stay parenting' caused by the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) and to propose a new educational method in the ontact era.
Monthly Kiki is designed around a monthly theme for children aged 4 to 6 to read picture books and use play kits to independently engage in various creative play activities. Since both the picture books and play kits are provided along with videos, self-directed learning is possible, and caregivers have less hassle in worrying and choosing each time.
The first Monthly Kiki includes three stories about clean handwashing, avoiding picky eating, and caring for the mind. The package consists of a total of three picture books and storytelling videos, three play kits and video classes such as soap making, sugar clay, and magic store making, as well as a guide for caregivers and parenting coaching by experts.
