Able C&C Nunk Surpasses 1 Million Downloads
9 Months After Launch in April Last Year
[Asia Economy Reporter Yujin Cho] Able C&C announced on the 5th that its comprehensive cosmetics mobile app, Nunk, recorded a cumulative 1.08 million downloads as of last month.
Nunk was originally the Missha one-brand shop app but was revamped into a multi-brand app in April last year, making this achievement a remarkable milestone just nine months after its launch.
Nunk was downloaded 81,400 times in its first month. The number of downloads gradually increased, reaching 177,200 in November, more than double the initial figure. The average monthly downloads in the second half of last year were 137,000, which is a 75% increase compared to the downloads of the Missha app previously operated by Able C&C.
The number of brands featured on the app also grew more than threefold, from about 190 at launch to around 700. Various brands have joined, including well-known domestic brands such as Sulwhasoo, Whoo, and belif, as well as global luxury brands like Chanel and L'Occitane.
Thanks to Nunk's growth, Able C&C's online sales have also grown sharply. The online sales ratio of Able C&C in the third quarter of last year was 22.5%, nearly double the 11.4% recorded in the same period the previous year.
Kim Sun-min, head of Able C&C's online division, said, "We thank our customers for their interest and love that allowed Nunk to grow rapidly," adding, "We will continue to repay our customers' love with a more convenient interface and a variety of brands."

Meanwhile, to celebrate Nunk surpassing 1 million downloads, Able C&C will hold the 'Nunk 1 Million Downloads Sale' event. This event, held for six days starting from the 7th, will offer limited quantities of items daily at special prices of 100 won and discounts up to 80%, along with super special sales on brands such as Cellapy, Dewytree, and Scinic. Additionally, during the event period, the customer who makes the most purchases will be selected as the top buyer and will receive gifts worth a total of 1 million won.
