Jinhyo Park, CEO of ADT Caps-SK Infosec, "Leap to No.1 Security Specialist Company as an Integrated Corporation"
[Asia Economy Reporter Bu Aeri] ADT Caps and SK Infosec announced on the 4th that they will emphasize integration efforts and leap forward as South Korea's No. 1 security specialist company.
Park Jin-hyo, CEO of ADT Caps-SK Infosec, said at the New Year's ceremony held online that "this year is a meaningful year as the first step of the integrated corporation," and emphasized, "Let's set the goals we must pursue as an integrated corporation and strive forward."
He continued, "Let's unite our will for the successful fusion and settlement of ADT Caps and SK Infosec."
As goals for the integrated corporation, CEO Park presented a blueprint by naming "South Korea's No. 1 security specialist company," "tech-based future-oriented security provider," and "global operator." He stated that by leveraging the existing strengths of both companies, they can lead the ICT-based convergence security market and establish themselves as the No. 1 security specialist company in Korea.
He also revealed his intention to expand business areas. CEO Park said, "Let's become a company that delivers value beyond security," mentioning plans to expand customer value in the 'Care & Protection' fields such as quarantine, elderly care, parking, and vehicle management. He added, "As the No. 1 service company through customer experience innovation, we will do our best to provide high-quality services."
Furthermore, he urged harmony and cooperation among the members of both companies who will become one family, adding, "Let's believe that everyone can be happy as members of the integrated corporation and create a new era together."

Meanwhile, SK Infosec completed its merger with LSH (the parent company of ADT Caps) on the 31st of last month and appointed CEO Park as the first CEO of the merged corporation. Park, who is in charge of SK Telecom's security business, will jointly serve as the CEO of SK Infosec along with ADT Caps, a security subsidiary. ADT Caps and SK Infosec plan to complete the merger within the first quarter of this year and launch a new integrated corporation.
