Drinking Party Until Dawn at Underground Club Including Self-Quarantined Individuals

Busanjin Police Station in Busan announced on the 3rd that they had apprehended B (20s, male), the owner of Club A in Busanjin-gu, Busan, and 70 customers who used the venue on charges of violating the Infectious Disease Control and Prevention Act.
According to the police, 70 customers inside the establishment violated the administrative order banning gatherings and were confirmed to have played music and consumed alcohol until 2:53 a.m. that day.
The business owner is known to have recruited customers through social networking services (SNS). They showed meticulousness in their crime by placing a doorman at the entrance to avoid detection of their business activities.
They monitored the situation and, when the police arrived, contacted the inside to have customers escape through the back door. When the police, who had received a report, arrived and searched the vicinity, the customers fled through the back door of the establishment.
The police captured the scene of dozens of people pouring out, controlled the entrance, and then mobilized additional officers nearby to apprehend them.

Among the customers was even one person in their 20s who was subject to self-quarantine. The police notified the relevant local government about the self-quarantine violator, and the district office plans to file a complaint.
