Administrative appeals are a system that protects the rights and interests of the public from illegal or unfair administrative dispositions by administrative agencies.
Unlike administrative litigation, which only judges the illegality of a disposition, administrative appeals are an effective remedy that also judges the unfairness of the disposition.
In addition, filing an administrative appeal is free of charge, and for economically disadvantaged appellants, the appointment of court-appointed attorneys is provided free of charge to actively protect the rights and interests of the public.
The Central Administrative Appeals Commission holds weekly meetings to ensure prompt relief of public rights and interests.
