Hillsstate Godeok Central, Average '87 to 1'... First Priority Subscription Closed

[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Hyundai Engineering's "Hillstate Godeok Central," launched in the Pyeongtaek Godeok International New City area, achieved the highest competition rate ever in Pyeongtaek, with all types closing in the first priority round.

According to the Korea Real Estate Board's subscription website on the 30th, Hillstate Godeok Central, which held its first priority subscription the previous day, received 32,588 applications for 376 units (excluding special supply), recording an average competition rate of 86.67 to 1. The highest competition rate in Pyeongtaek city was 84.09 to 1 for Godeok Jeil Punggyeongchae, supplied in March 2017.

The highest competition rate was for the 93C㎡ type, which had 557 applications for 2 units, resulting in a rate of 278.5 to 1, attracting the most applicants. This was followed by the 93D㎡ type (225.2 to 1), 93B㎡ type (119.26 to 1), 84A㎡ type (76.17 to 1), 93A㎡ type (71.46 to 1), 78㎡ type (61.5 to 1), and 84B㎡ type (56.49 to 1), all showing high average competition rates.

A sales official stated, "The complex is located in an excellent location even within Godeok International New City, and inquiries did not stop even before the opening," adding, "With the central commercial district and the largest commercial facility within Godeok New City located inside the complex, convenient living is expected, which seems to have attracted real demand buyers."

The winners will be announced on the 8th of next month. After document submission and review, the official contracts will proceed over 10 days from the 20th to the 29th of next month.

Hillstate Godeok Central will be built in the Godeok International Planning District area of Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province, consisting of 3 buildings from 3 basement floors to 49 floors above ground, with a total of 660 units. It will be developed with medium to large types ranging from 78 to 93㎡ (exclusive area). Within the complex, the commercial facility "British Godeok" (total 576 rooms) with a total floor area of 71,166㎡ is also being supplied.
