Director Jang Jin's Two-Person Play 'Eoreum' to Open at Sejong Center on the 8th of Next Month
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Byung-hee] Director Jang Jin's two-person play "Eoreum" (Ice) will open on the 8th of next month at the Sejong Cultural Center S Theater.
"Eoreum" depicts the story of an eighteen-year-old boy accused as a suspect in a brutal murder case and two detectives who must make the boy the culprit. Only the two detectives appear on stage. The boy does not appear on stage but exerts a strong presence through silhouette and voice alone.
"Eoreum" is a work that stands out for Director Jang Jin's unique creative imagination, excellent storytelling, and tension-filled direction, and it premiered in early 2016.

The role of Detective 1, who appears gentle but has a cold-blooded personality, is played by actors Jung Woong-in, Lee Cheol-min, and Park Ho-san. Detective 2, who has a rough appearance but a humane side, is portrayed by actors Lee Chang-yong, Shin Sung-min, and Kim Seon-ho.
