View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] The Ministry of SMEs and Startups announced on the 25th that the 'Merry K-mas Live Market' recorded total sales of 5.26 billion KRW on its 5th day. These sales were achieved through live commerce, online special exhibitions, and TV home shopping.
First, in live commerce collaborated with five private channels including the ‘Gachi Sapsida Platform’, Naver, Wemakeprice, 11st, TMON, and Lotte 100Live, they sold Korean beef, beef small intestines, scallops, and more, recording total sales of 310 million KRW.
Additionally, by selling fluorescent lamps, empty bottles, apple juice, and other products through major shopping malls such as Gachi Sapsida, Coupang, Gmarket, Interpark, and the Onnuri traditional market online traditional market section, they achieved sales of 540 million KRW. Popular products such as galbitang, steak, and tissue sold via TV home shopping resulted in sales of 4.41 billion KRW.
On the 7th day of the event, the 25th, two live commerce sessions are scheduled to be held on two private collaborative platforms, Gachi Sapsida and Naver, Wemakeprice.
