This project aims to prevent traffic accidents caused by nighttime movement or driving on the road by providing LED light-emitting safety protectors to people with disabilities who use assistive devices, thereby ensuring their mobility rights.
Applicants must be registered persons with disabilities using assistive devices, and they can apply by submitting an application form to the administrative welfare center in their town, township, or neighborhood.
