Joint Inspection Team Conducts Inspection of Residential Treatment Center and Facilities Near Gyeongsang National University
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] Ha Byungpil, Deputy Governor of Gyeongnam Province, has launched a special inspection of quarantine sites to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
On the 27th, Deputy Governor Ha first visited the site where a residential treatment center is scheduled to open. As the number of hospital beds decreased, the province, with the cooperation of Gyeongsang National University, additionally designated one dormitory building as a residential treatment center.
He then visited the joint inspection site for compliance with social distancing at key management facilities near Gyeongsang National University, together with a joint inspection team composed of the province, city and county governments, and the police.
Deputy Governor Ha listened to the difficulties faced by facility operators and expressed gratitude, saying, "Thank you for strictly adhering to quarantine rules during these difficult times," and urged continued compliance with quarantine rules to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
