A Cambodian Woman in Her 30s Found Dead in a Greenhouse at a Pocheon Farm
[Asia Economy Reporter Ra Young-cheol] A woman in her 30s of Cambodian nationality was found dead at a farm in Pocheon-si, Gyeonggi Province, prompting the police to launch an investigation.
According to the Pocheon Police Station on the 23rd, colleagues discovered the deceased, identified as Ms. A, inside a vinyl greenhouse used as accommodation in Ildong-myeon on the 20th and reported it to the police.
The police estimated that Ms. A died around the 19th to 20th, and stated that aside from bloodstains at the scene that appeared to be from hemoptysis, no signs of homicide or other criminal suspicions were found.
It was investigated that Ms. A came to Korea about four years ago and recently worked at this farm cultivating vegetables.
