Umi Construction Contributes 3 Billion KRW to Win-Win Cooperation Fund for 2 Consecutive Years
[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] Umi Construction announced on the 23rd that it will contribute 3 billion KRW to the Foundation for Large and Small Enterprises and Agriculture-Fishery Cooperation Fund for Win-Win Cooperation this year, following last year.
This contribution fund will be used to support Umi Construction's partner companies in areas such as finance, technology development, and education. Umi Construction plans to continue supporting its partners to gain more opportunities in the new industrial ecosystem, including the newly introduced smart construction technology.
In particular, starting this year, Umi Construction has introduced Pre-Construction, a method that forms a single team with partner companies from the design stage to pursue optimization of design and process management, helping not only to improve construction quality but also to reduce costs for partner companies. Umi Construction pays partner companies 100% in cash without promissory notes to practically help improve their cash flow, and provides benefits such as incentives through annual regular evaluations of excellent partner companies.
