Hakgasan Oncheonjang Confirmed Visit by COVID-19 Positive Case on the 18th
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Park Dong-wook] Andong City in Gyeongbuk announced on the 23rd that it will temporarily close the Hakkasan Hot Springs facility and the traditional market 5-day markets in response to the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in the northern Gyeongbuk region.
The decision to close the Hakkasan Hot Springs, operated by Andong City, follows the confirmation of a COVID-19 case among hot spring users on the 18th. The closure period will last until January 4th of next year. Andong City plans to monitor the spread and decide on reopening accordingly.
The traditional market 5-day markets will also not be held starting from the 23rd. The affected markets include ▲ Iljik Unsanjang (1st, 6th) ▲ Andong Market (Jungang Sin Market, Seobu Market, Bukmun Market on the 2nd, 7th) ▲ Pungsanjang (3rd, 8th) ▲ Pungcheon Gudam and Yean Jeongsanjang (4th, 9th) ▲ Gilan, Nokjeon Sinpyeong, Dosan Onhyejang (5th, 10th). Permanent stores within the traditional markets will operate normally.
