NH NongHyup Life Launches 'Annonghaseyo' Campaign for Safe Farming
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] NH NongHyup Life Insurance announced on the 22nd that it will launch the 'Annong (農) Haseyo' campaign for the safety of farmers.
The campaign, named to mean 'Practice Safe Farming,' was created so that farmers and the public can become familiar with and easily remember the concept of safe farming.
Through this campaign, NongHyup Life plans to raise farmers' awareness of accidents and safety consciousness to proactively prevent agricultural work-related accidents.
With trot singer Jang Yoon-jung as the model, a safety song that everyone can easily sing along to will be produced and introduced on radio, YouTube, and other platforms. Additionally, monthly content such as agricultural work safety exercises, farm machinery operation methods, and accident prevention measures that provide practical help to farmers will be created and promoted through broadcasts and other media.
NongHyup Life is currently selling the 'Farmers (Forestry Workers) NH Safety Insurance,' which functions like industrial accident insurance for farmers. This policy insurance compensates for bodily injuries and agricultural work-related illnesses occurring during farm work. Premiums are the same regardless of gender or age and are paid once a year. By the end of November, the number of subscribers surpassed 860,000, accounting for 68% of the nationwide agricultural economic active population, marking an all-time high.
