Dongshin University has produced recipients of the ‘Korea Talent Award’ for four consecutive years from 2017 to this year.

He also received high evaluations for various extracurricular activities, including participating as the 3rd member of ‘Meeting on behalf of Korean Medicine Students,’ a nationwide gathering of Korean Medicine students, publishing a book compiling interviews with figures in the Korean Medicine community, attending the Japanese Oriental Medicine Society academic conference and overseas major training, volunteering as part of the 2nd University Hope Dream Volunteer Group, and serving as the student chairman of the Korean Medicine Department Education Committee at Dongshin University.
In 2018, Choi was selected as a member of the ‘5th Jaseng Global Scholarship’ for his outstanding Chinese and Japanese language skills, excellent academic performance, and volunteer spirit, recognizing his qualities as a global leader in Korean Medicine.
He said, “I will live even more diligently so as not to disappoint those who highly valued the countless ‘side activities’ I have done so far, that is, extracurricular activities. Someday, I want to become someone who helps the Korean Medicine community and can be a role model for others.”
