HDC Hyundai Development decided to open a cyber model house due to the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
Gagyeong I-Park Complex 5 consists of 8 buildings with 2 basement floors and 21 to 29 above-ground floors, totaling 925 households with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 116㎡. The number of units by exclusive area is 177 units of 84㎡A, 199 units of 84㎡A1, 206 units of 84㎡B, 237 units of 101㎡, and 106 units of 116㎡.
Gagyeong I-Park Complex 5 is the fifth I-Park complex to be built in Cheongju and will form a representative brand town of Cheongju with a total of 3,678 households together with the previously supplied Complexes 1 to 4.
Cheongju City, where the complex is located, is a regulated area. Residents aged 19 or older in Cheongju as well as those residing in Chungcheongbuk-do who have held a subscription savings account for more than 24 months and meet the deposit requirements by region and area can apply for the first priority subscription.
Residents can conveniently use Cheongju’s abundant living infrastructure such as Hyundai Department Store, Homeplus, Lotte Mart, NC Department Store, Chungbuk National University Hospital, Hana Hospital, and various government offices.
Excellent educational environments are also provided with Seohyeon 2 Elementary School, which is planned to be built near the complex, as well as Seohyeon Elementary and Middle Schools, Chungbuk National University Affiliated Middle and High Schools, and Garosu Library (planned) nearby.
Various multi-transportation networks are established both inside and outside the city. The 2nd and 3rd Ring Roads, Jungbu and Gyeongbu Expressways, KTX Osong Station, and express and intercity bus terminals are nearby, allowing quick access in and out of the city. The Heungdeok IC, exclusively for Hi-Pass (scheduled for 2022), and the Cheongju-Sejong BRT are also being promoted, so transportation conditions are expected to improve further in the future.
Distinctive designs unique to I-Park are also notable. Innovative floor plans such as 4-bay and 5-bay layouts, alpha rooms, and specialized kitchens are applied to create spacious living spaces.
Four major smart technologies will be introduced in I-Park. Through control and convenience systems, residents can check information such as unmanned delivery arrival notifications and elevator calls via smartphones. Automatic access to the main entrance is possible using smartphone and OnePad applications, and availability of parking spaces in the underground parking lot can also be checked.
A specialized security system that protects residents’ safety 365 days a year will also be introduced. A vehicle control system recognizing residents’ vehicle license plates at the complex entrance will control external vehicles to enhance safety.
An eco-friendly system that improves residents’ healthy living environment will be applied. A combined security light with a fine dust concentration indicator that changes color according to the fine dust status displayed on the playground and linked with Korea Meteorological Administration data will inform residents of air quality.
A system that prevents unnecessary energy waste will also be introduced. Through Willpad, lighting, heating, ventilation, door locks, and dimming systems are provided, and unnecessary standby power consumption from unused home appliances can be automatically cut off via an all-in-one switch.
The subscription schedule starts with special supply on the 28th, followed by first priority applications for the relevant area on the 29th, and first priority applications for other areas on the 30th. The announcement of successful applicants will be on January 7 next year, and the official contract will be conducted over four days from January 19 to 22.
