However, the constitution of this country will protect the people from that formidable person" in response to President Moon's approval of the disciplinary resolution for 'two months suspension.'
On the same day, former Professor Jin shared an article on his Facebook in which Min-seok Ahn, a member of the Democratic Party of Korea, mentioned, "Our President Moon Jae-in usually seems gentle but is actually a very formidable person. Prosecutor General Yoon cannot defeat the people who desire prosecution reform and the president."
Former Professor Jin said, "Now he admits it. Yes, President Moon Jae-in is a formidable person. The true face hidden behind the kind expression was witnessed by the entire nation this time," adding, "Yes, the Prosecutor General cannot defeat the president."
He then asked, "But why did the assassins sent by the president fail in their sniper attack?" and answered, "Because the liberal democratic system is still alive and functioning in the Republic of Korea."
He continued, "Why did the court suspend the job suspension, the Inspection Committee decide the disciplinary action was unfair, and the Judges' Council reject the agenda saying it is hard to consider that document as surveillance?" and claimed, "No matter how much power tries to oust him through ultra-legal actions, there are still more people in this society who uphold the principle of 'rule of law' in liberal democracy."

Former Professor Jin said, "What protects Yoon Seok-yeol is the law. Even if the president defeats Yoon, he cannot win against the rule of law system of this country," adding, "The constitution of this country will protect the people from that formidable person. The people will not succumb to such threats."
Earlier, the Ministry of Justice Disciplinary Committee deliberated for nearly 17 hours from around 10:30 a.m. on the 15th and decided on a 'two-month suspension' for Prosecutor General Yoon, and President Moon approved this disciplinary action on the 16th.
