The Busan District Prosecutors' Office's Women and Children Crime Investigation Division (Chief Prosecutor Kim Eun-mi) announced on the 16th that after investigating former Mayor Oh on the 14th, they requested a pre-arrest warrant on the 15th.
Former Mayor Oh is accused of forcibly molesting a female subordinate in his office in April. After a warrant for his arrest was dismissed in June, he was released from the Busan Dongnae Police Station.
