Paju-si to Reduce Public Rent for Small Business Owners Until the End of COVID-19
[Asia Economy Reporter Ra Young-cheol] As the spread of COVID-19 continues, Paju City in Gyeonggi Province has decided to extend the period of public rental fee reductions for small business owners, which had been temporarily reduced, until the end of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Paju City announced on the 16th, "We will extend the period of public rental fee reductions for small business owners and others struggling due to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) until the pandemic is over."
The city also plans to lower the rental fees for public property from 5% to 1% in accordance with the issuance of the COVID-19 crisis alert at the severe level.
Previously, the city had reduced public property rental fees by 375 million won over six months from January to July this year and extended the period until the end of the year.
