Korea Housing Finance Corporation Wins 15th Korea Social Contribution Award
Leading Regional Development through Social Contribution and Financial Education
The Only Financial Public Institution Awarded the Vice Speaker of the National Assembly Commendation
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF) announced on the 14th that it was the only financial public institution to receive a commendation from the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly at the ‘15th Korea Social Contribution Awards’ held at the Korea Press Center in Jung-gu, Seoul.
The Korea Social Contribution Awards are given to organizations and individuals who have led sharing activities in various fields and contributed to spreading the culture of social contribution. The awards are hosted by the Korea Social Contribution Foundation and supported by government ministries including the National Assembly, Ministry of the Interior and Safety, and Ministry of Health and Welfare.
Since 2019, HF has been providing customized care services to isolated elderly living alone through the ‘HF Happiness Care Service’ and conducting field-oriented job training for local talent through the ‘HF Financial Economy Open Campus,’ promoting various social contribution activities and financial education for regional development.
