This Week's LH Happy Housing and 10,000 Units Subscription

According to real estate research firm Dr. Apartment on the 13th, from the 14th to the 19th, a total of 10,228 households will be supplied across 29 complexes nationwide. Model houses are scheduled to open at 22 locations.
First, on the 14th, subscription applications will begin for one officetel, Hillstate Dobong Station Welga, and Happy Housing supplied by Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH). The Happy Housing built at Suseo Station Area A1 Block in Jagok-dong, Gangnam-gu, will supply 830 households ranging from 14 to 44㎡ (exclusive area). It boasts excellent transportation with proximity to Subway Line 3, Suin-Bundang Line, SRT Suseo Station, Nambu Circular Road, and Dongbu Expressway, allowing convenient travel within Seoul. Residents can also enjoy the living infrastructure of Songpa and Wirye New Towns. The Happy Housing supplied at Yangwon District S1 Block in Mangu-dong, Jungnang-gu, will offer 924 households ranging from 14 to 44㎡. It is a double station area with Yangwon Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line just a 6-minute walk and Sinnae Station, a transfer station for Line 6 and Gyeongchun Line, 10 minutes away. Doosan We've The Zenith Central Saha redevelops Jangnim 1 District in Jangnim-dong, Saha-gu, Busan. Of the total 1,643 households ranging from 59 to 99㎡, 1,301 are for general sale. It is a station area within a 10-minute walk to Jangnim Station on Busan Subway Line 1. This week, 22 model houses are scheduled to open. In the metropolitan area, eight locations will open including ▲Hillstate Lishuvil Gangil ▲Hillstate Yongin Dunjeon Station ▲Hillstate Godeok Central (mixed-use residential and commercial) ▲Hwaseong Bongdam 2 District Jungheung S-Class Phase 3 Edu City (A5 Block) and Edu Foret (C1 Block) ▲Bupyeong Castle & The Sharp First ▲e-Pyeonhansesang Bupyeong Grand Hills ▲Hanwha Forena Incheon Yeonsu. Among these, Hwaseong Bongdam 2 District Jungheung S-Class Phase 3 Edu City (A5 Block) and Edu Foret (C1 Block), Bupyeong Castle & The Sharp First, e-Pyeonhansesang Bupyeong Grand Hills, and Hanwha Forena Incheon Yeonsu will restrict direct visits and operate as virtual model houses to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
