The Korea Meteorological Administration forecasted, "The whole country will generally be dry with many clouds, but the central region will gradually clear up."
Also, Chungcheong and Jeolla provinces will have many clouds that will gradually clear, and the east coast of Gangwon will be mostly clear.
Jeju Island will be cloudy, with snow and rain in various places in the afternoon before clearing up. Snow will accumulate about 1cm on mountains above 1500m. Precipitation on Jeju Island (from 12 PM to 9 PM) will be around 5mm.
Except for Gangwon Yeongdong, sporadic snowflakes or raindrops may fall in the central region.
The morning low temperatures on this day are forecasted as follows: △Seoul 2°C △Chuncheon -2°C △Gangneung 4°C △Daejeon 3°C △Cheongju 3°C △Daegu 2°C △Gwangju 3°C △Jeonju 3°C △Busan 6°C △Jeju 9°C △Ulleungdo and Dokdo 7°C.
The daytime high temperatures are △Seoul 8°C △Chuncheon 8°C △Gangneung 12°C △Daejeon 10°C △Cheongju 9°C △Daegu 11°C △Gwangju 12°C △Jeonju 11°C △Busan 13°C △Jeju 13°C △Ulleungdo and Dokdo 10°C.
Fine dust levels will be 'moderate' across all regions, but the Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon Yeongseo, Chungcheong region, and Jeonbuk area will experience 'bad' levels.
