Since 2010, Chairman Kim has been working as a correctional commissioner at Haenam Prison, where he systematically received theoretical and practical training on inmate resocialization and rehabilitation counseling, demonstrating expertise and contributing to rehabilitation activities. He was recognized for these efforts and selected as the recipient of this commendation.
