Geumcheon-gu Holds Online Briefing and 1:1 Consulting on Regular Admission Support Strategies

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yu Seong-hoon) will hold the ‘2021 Geumcheon-gu Regular Admission Strategy Online Briefing’ for local students and parents on the 12th from 2 PM to 4 PM.
In this ‘Geumcheon-gu Regular Admission Strategy Online Briefing,’ a teacher from the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education’s College Admission Support Team will provide strategies for responding to the 2021 regular admission, including ‘Various Variables in 2021 Regular Admission,’ ‘Analysis of Major Changes in 2021 Regular Admission Screening,’ and ‘University Application Strategies Based on Acceptance and Rejection Cases.’
The lecture will be conducted online in real-time due to the spread of the COVID-19 virus, and applicants will be given the ‘2021 Regular Admission Placement Data Book.’
Additionally, to support local students’ advancement to higher education, non-face-to-face online 1:1 consulting will be held on the 26th from 9 AM to 6 PM.
The 1:1 consulting will provide customized counseling through analysis of individual students’ College Scholastic Ability Test scores, school records, and other college admission materials by professional consultants from Daechi-dong, representatives from the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education’s Admission Support Team, and the University Education Council’s leading instructors.
Parents who wish to participate can apply through the ‘Geumcheon-gu College Admission Support Program’ online bulletin board.
Yu Seong-hoon, Mayor of Geumcheon-gu, stated, “Although there are difficulties in carrying out work due to COVID-19, we will provide essential information for local students’ advancement to higher education through this briefing and 1:1 consulting,” and added, “We will do our best to establish a continuous career and admission support system so that the district’s public education can be trusted by residents.”
