[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] In Gwangju, a series of infections from confirmed cases with unclear infection routes are continuing.
According to Gwangju Metropolitan City on the 7th, two additional COVID-19 confirmed cases were reported, registered as cases 754 and 755 in the region.
Both were identified as contacts of confirmed cases diagnosed earlier that morning.
Case 754 is a resident of Wolsan-dong, Nam-gu, and was a contact of case 750. Case 755, residing in Sanwol-dong, Gwangsan-gu, was classified as a contact of case 751.
Meanwhile, as of 5:30 PM that day, a total of seven people were confirmed positive in Gwangju within one day.

Four are under investigation for their infection routes, two are contacts of existing confirmed cases, and one is a contact of a confirmed case from Jeonbuk.
