Hyundai General Training Institute Unveils 'Deeptect Learning' Education Program for the Contactless Era
Online Training from Single-Occupancy Rooms
[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Je-hoon] Hyundai Group's training institute, Hyundai Comprehensive Training Center, announced on the 7th that it has launched the 'Deeptact Learning education program,' which combines face-to-face and non-face-to-face methods. Deeptact is a newly coined term that combines analog contact and digital untact.
According to Hyundai Comprehensive Training Center, this program breaks away from the traditional method of gathering groups in one classroom and provides a one-person, one-room educational space. The accommodation equipped with a large monitor, personal laptop, earset, and lecture materials becomes the classroom.
The company explained that this program allows real-time questions and discussions even from the accommodation, and assigns learning facilitators for each team to enhance participation in education. Additionally, it includes activities such as 'online social gatherings' to strengthen the network among learners.
