The Korea Meteorological Administration forecasted, "On this day, the sky will be mostly cloudy nationwide, with morning low temperatures ranging from -7 to 3 degrees Celsius and daytime highs staying between 5 and 12 degrees Celsius."
Gangwon Yeongdong and Gyeongnam will be mostly clear, while snow will flutter until dawn in the southern Gyeonggi West Coast, Chungcheong Province, and Jeonbuk, causing slippery roads in some areas.
On the west coasts of Chungnam and Jeonbuk, roads may freeze and develop thin ice, so caution is advised for traffic safety.
Also, from this day until tomorrow afternoon, strong winds will blow in the Gangwon mountain areas and Gangwon East Coast, requiring careful management of facilities.
Morning low temperatures are forecasted as follows: △Seoul -2°C △Daejeon -1°C △Daegu -2°C △Busan 2°C △Jeonju 0°C △Gwangju 0°C △Cheongju -1°C △Chuncheon -6°C △Gangneung -1°C △Jeju 7°C △Ulleungdo·Dokdo 4°C.
Daytime high temperatures are forecasted as follows: △Seoul 6°C △Daejeon 8°C △Daegu 9°C △Busan 12°C △Jeonju 9°C △Gwangju 10°C △Cheongju 7°C △Chuncheon 6°C △Gangneung 10°C △Jeju 11°C △Ulleungdo·Dokdo 8°C.
Fine dust levels are expected to be from 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.
