DB Insurance awarded 'Consumer-Centered Management Hall of Fame'
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] DB Insurance received the 'Consumer-Centered Management (CCM) Hall of Fame' award at the '25th Consumer Day Ceremony' held on the 3rd at the Yeouido Korea Federation of SMEs Building.
Consumer-Centered Management is a system in which the Korea Consumer Agency evaluates every two years whether companies organize all management activities from the consumer's perspective and continuously improve them, and the Fair Trade Commission certifies it. The Hall of Fame award is given to companies with the most consecutive certifications (7 times) since the introduction of the CCM certification system in 2007.
Since receiving the first CCM certification in the non-life insurance industry in 2008, DB Insurance has continuously promoted consumer-centered management activities.
In 2018, it was selected as the best company in the non-life insurance industry in the Financial Consumer Protection Evaluation hosted by the Financial Supervisory Service, and last year, it was ranked first in automobile insurance in the Korea Service Quality Index hosted by the Korea Standards Association.
