In this maintenance plan, a special architectural district was applied to the project site to minimize adverse impacts on the landscape. In particular, reflecting the "2030 Living Zone Plan," space for bus turnaround was secured to establish a new village bus route. To alleviate parking difficulties in the surrounding area, a public parking lot was also planned, which will help improve transportation isolation issues. Additionally, the maintenance plan includes a "Single-Family Housing Reconstruction Tenant Measures" policy. This system mandates that the reconstruction project implementer provide compensation equivalent to redevelopment losses to tenants being evicted, including moving expenses for housing and personal property, as well as business loss compensation. The city expects that these measures will provide momentum for future project promotion.
