Home&Shopping Launches 'Gift Sending' Online Service in Line with the Untact Era
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Home&Shopping (CEO Kim Ok-chan) announced on the 27th that it has launched a 'Gift Service' for customers who are concerned about year-end thank-you gifts in the era of COVID-19, where non-face-to-face living has increased.
This service, which allows gifts of products sold on Home&Shopping through the mobile app, enables users to easily send gifts by entering only the recipient's contact information without needing their address.
Along with the launch of the Gift Service, a specialized gift store is newly introduced. Home&Shopping proposes popular gift items with various themes such as winter goods, seasonal foods, and housewarming products at the gift store. There are also products wishing success to students preparing for the College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT). Detailed information can be found on the 'Gift Service' page of the Home&Shopping mobile app.
