Delivery Service Launched at Starbucks Test Store in Gangnam-gu, Seoul
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Barogo, a startup operating a last-mile logistics IT platform (CEO Lee Taekwon), announced on the 19th that it will provide delivery agency services to Starbucks Coffee Korea's delivery test stores. Barogo plans to offer delivery services at the Starbucks Yeoksam E-Mart store in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, which will operate as a delivery test store starting on the 27th, and at an additional test store opening in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, in mid-next month.
The Starbucks delivery menu includes about 60 beverage items, 40 food items, and 50 MD products, with delivery-exclusive menus also set to be launched. Orders can be placed through the Starbucks mobile app, and customers can still receive rewards benefits through payments made with the existing Starbucks card. A Barogo representative stated, "We will provide stable delivery services to help Starbucks successfully establish itself in the Korean coffee delivery market."

Meanwhile, besides Starbucks, Barogo has delivery agency contracts with over 30 brands including Ediya Coffee, Twosome Place, and Coffee Bean, delivering a variety of home desserts.
