Gwangjin-gu to Promote SNS Event for Good Landlord Certification in Our Neighborhood from November to December... Receive Gwangjin Love Gift Certificates by Using Stores in Certified Good Landlord Buildings and Verifying
[Asia Economy Reporter Jong-il Park] Gwangjin-gu (District Mayor Kim Seon-gap) is promoting the ‘Gwangjin-style Good Landlord Win-Win Cooperation Movement’ to spread the good landlord movement, and as part of this, it is launching the ‘Our Neighborhood Good Landlord Certification Event.’
To participate in the event, use a store located in a Gwangjin-gu good landlord building, then post a certification photo and hashtag on your personal SNS, capture it, and register it on the Gwangjin-gu website.
Residents who do not use SNS can also participate by registering directly on the district website.
This event will run for two months from November to the end of December, with 30 people selected weekly, totaling 240 winners, who will receive a 10,000 KRW Gwangjin Love Gift Certificate.
Stores located in Gwangjin-gu good landlord buildings can be checked through the Gwangjin-gu Office website.
Kim Seon-gap, Mayor of Gwangjin-gu, said, “Although sales have decreased due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, we are encouraging landlords to reduce rent for small business owners and self-employed people in the area who must pay rent every month to provide some help.” He added, “We hope residents will also participate in the ‘Good Landlord Movement’ by using stores in good landlord buildings and joining the SNS event.”
In October, Gwangjin-gu signed a ‘Good Landlord Win-Win Cooperation Agreement’ with local private organizations and large-scale stores to expand the ‘Good Landlord Movement.’
