On the 18th, SBS '8 News' reported, "There are two operators managing this condominium hotel, and the new operator, who is in conflict with the existing operator, mobilized about 50 security guards to unlawfully occupy the hotel, turning it into a chaotic scene."
According to SBS, they wielded blunt weapons to break hotel property, assaulted hotel staff, and sexually harassed female employees.
They expelled hotel staff and took control of the hotel.

View original imageA hotel official who witnessed the scene said, "They were so large and intimidating like organized gangsters that I felt very threatened and scared. When they came in, they told us to pack up and leave within 30 minutes," recounting the situation.
They disabled the CCTV recording devices and the reservation computer system, and stole 20 million won worth of cash and gift certificates kept at the front desk.
They collectively assaulted employees who tried to stop the disturbance and reportedly made insulting sexual harassment remarks toward female employees.
A female hotel employee related to the incident said, "They suddenly opened the door with a card key and entered the room, which was very shocking. I was so scared that I trembled with my friend."
