Detailed Inspection and Seismic Performance Evaluation of Buildings at Yeosu and Gwangyang Ports Conducted
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Hyung-kwon] Yeosu Gwangyang Port Authority (President Cha Min-sik, hereinafter referred to as the Authority) announced on the 18th that it will conduct detailed inspections and seismic performance evaluations of buildings at Yeosu and Gwangyang ports.
The Authority plans to secure the seismic performance of all buildings under its management by conducting detailed inspections of Class 2 and 3 buildings such as the World Marine Center, as well as seismic performance evaluations of small-scale buildings that are not subject to seismic design under the Building Act.
