Key startups include ▲ 'SelectStar,' a platform that crowdsources AI-based learning data ▲ 'Kkunae Company,' a live home training service enabling interactive communication between trainers and members ▲ 'Atomus,' a mobile counseling platform offering remote expert psychological consultations. Notably, four startups with socially beneficial technologies were also selected, such as ▲ 'Wadle,' a barrier-free platform that helps visually impaired people shop online conveniently ▲ 'Silvia Health,' a non-face-to-face service diagnosing and preventing dementia through voice, eye movement patterns, and tactile analysis.
Startups selected for C-Lab Outside will receive various benefits for one year, including ▲ dedicated office space within Samsung Electronics' Seoul R&D campus ▲ mentoring from Samsung Electronics experts ▲ participation in domestic and international IT exhibitions ▲ business support funds up to 100 million KRW. Furthermore, after the one-year incubation period, Samsung Electronics will hold a 'Demo Day' attended by startup CEOs, investors, and Samsung Electronics officials to explore investment attraction and business collaboration opportunities.
This year, an online Demo Day will be held on the 2nd of next month under the theme "Innovation, Create, Great: Startups and Samsung Electronics Together." Twenty startups supported over the past year will introduce their products and services and present business achievements to attract investors. Anyone interested in startups and innovative technologies can apply on the event website from the 18th of this month until the 1st of next month.
