Rain Across the Country on the Way Home... Mild Weather Around 20 Degrees Tomorrow
[Asia Economy Reporter Seongpil Cho] On the 17th, during the evening commute, scattered raindrops are expected in the southern Gyeonggi region and south of Chungcheong.
The rain will subside during the night, but according to the Korea Meteorological Administration, it will resume from the afternoon of the 18th in the central region, Jeolla Province, the southern coast, and Jeju Island, spreading nationwide by night.
Expected precipitation until the 18th is 5 to 30mm in northern Gyeonggi, northern Yeongseo of Gangwon, and Jeju Island, and 5 to 10mm in other areas.
Additionally, warm air will flow in from the south, causing temperatures to rise significantly. Both morning and daytime temperatures on the 18th will exceed the average by more than 10 degrees Celsius.
Morning temperatures will be 15℃ in Seoul and 13℃ in Daejeon, while daytime temperatures will reach 20℃ in Seoul, 23℃ in Daejeon and Busan, and 27℃ in Jeju Island, marking the highest November temperatures since weather observations began.

However, the Korea Meteorological Administration advised caution for health management as cold air flowing in from the northwest and strong winds will lower the perceived temperature.
