LACP, established in 2001, is a U.S.-based global marketing and communications professional organization that annually hosts evaluation contests for companies worldwide, including annual reports and sustainability management reports.
More than 500 companies, including Fortune 500 companies and government agencies, participated in the Spotlight Award. KNOC submitted its Social Value Realization Report in the Sustainability Management Report (CSR Report, sales under $10 billion) category.
The corporation’s report received high praise for its active communication efforts with stakeholders, earning the grand prize (Platinum).
KNOC’s Social Value Realization Report includes the corporate vision ‘Creating Value Beyond Energy’ and covers securing sustainable future growth engines, stable oil supply, and social value realization activities based on its core business.
The report received perfect scores in five categories including creativity, composition, and design, achieving a total score of 99 out of 100 in the category evaluation.
Aside from winning the grand prize in the category, it ranked 13th in the Top 100 worldwide category. The report is available for viewing on the KNOC website.

In October, KNOC was also ranked 62nd within the top 100 in the ‘2020 World’s Best Employers’ survey conducted by Forbes magazine, which surveyed 160,000 employees of multinational companies across 58 countries, receiving positive evaluations in communication and corporate communication activities.
