Jungjingong and Korea Transportation Safety Authority Sign Win-Win Cooperation Agreement for Tomorrow Filling Deduction Program
For Key Personnel of Partner Companies, Transportation Companies, and Small and Medium Venture Businesses in Gyeongbuk Region
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Small and Medium Business Corporation (Chairman Kim Hak-do, hereinafter referred to as SBC) announced on the 16th that it has signed a win-win cooperation type Tomorrow Filling Deduction business agreement with the Korea Transportation Safety Authority (Chairman Kwon Byung-yoon).
According to the agreement, SBC will support subscription to the Tomorrow Filling Deduction and handle its operation and management, while the Korea Transportation Safety Authority will carry out recruitment, selection, and payment of support funds for eligible recipients. The Korea Transportation Safety Authority plans to support the core personnel company contribution of 100,000 KRW per month for the Tomorrow Filling Deduction subscription for a total of up to 48 million KRW over the next five years and will expand the support targets annually.
This agreement is notable in that it provides support not only to the Korea Transportation Safety Authority's partner companies but also to transportation companies and all small and medium ventures located in Gyeongsangbuk-do. Kim Hyung-soo, Head of the Job Division at SBC, said, "We have come to support small and medium enterprises and workers who are striving for transportation safety together with the Korea Transportation Safety Authority," adding, "Through the co-growth of companies and public institutions, we expect job stability to increase and vitality to be injected into the regional economy."
Since 2015, 22 public institutions and large corporations, and 16 local governments have signed win-win cooperation type Tomorrow Filling Deduction agreements with SBC and have been working together on the project. So far, about 2,500 small and medium ventures and over 6,000 core personnel have been supported.
