[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Seok-jin] The Korean Bar Association (President Lee Chan-hee) recommended three candidates to serve as the inaugural head of the newly established High-ranking Officials' Crime Investigation Office (Gongsoocheo) for three years on the 9th: Kim Jin-wook, a former judge and senior researcher at the Constitutional Court; Lee Geon-ri, a former prosecutor and vice chairman of the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission; and Han Myung-kwan, a former chief prosecutor.
