According to DAPA on the 6th, the newly appointed Deputy Administrator Seo, who entered public service through the 38th Administrative Examination, has served as Director of Defense Industry Policy, Head of the Tank and Armored Vehicle Project Team, Director of Financial Planning, and Director of Defense Acquisition Policy Bureau at DAPA. He is from Mokpo, Jeollanam-do, graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in Agricultural Economics, and earned a master's degree in International Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the United States.
